Foundation for Premature Infants Awards Four Scholarships

Roswell, GA, April 13th, 2022. FPI board member, Lisa Bader, OTR/L, CEIM and Founder of the Shape Right System, presented four $600 scholarships at the recent 2022 NANT conference. The awards will be used for attendance to the 2023 NANT conference. A heartfelt thank you to Lisa for presenting the awards to Gloria Hsu, OT, Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles, CA, Susan Smith, OTR, NTMTC, CBIS, UT Southwestern, Dallas, TX, Lisa Lawlor, OT, Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Orinda, CA, and Pat Byrne, PT, UChicago Medicine, Chicago, IL.

The Foundation for Premature Infants donated the scholarships so these brilliant therapists can stay current regarding best practices on how to care for premature infants, the most fragile vulnerable little people. Lisa Bader said, "Thank you, Michael Litten! It was so fun to see their excitement!"

"I'm excited FPI has raised enough money to be able to award these four scholarships," said Michael D. Litten, Founder. The Foundation's core belief is, as Horton said so succinctly and eloquently: "a person's a person, no matter how small."
